Our goal is to empower, initiate or investigate long-term connections. With your application you should clearly state your personal ambition. When selected, you will explore a network of musicians, venues, festivals and cultural organisations together with the team of Powered by TINC. This exploration will span beyond the scope of the two week residency.
Description
DOCK ZUID is a home to music. DOCK ZUID views its mission to facilitate new and innovative music as an inspiration to society. DOCK ZUID offers a soft space where personal connections can grow, within the music industry or linking the value of music to entrepreneurs, governments, education and society.
Organisation
DOCK ZUID is a home to music. It values innovation and social cohesiveness within the music industry as well as it’s surroundings. Dock Zuid is currently a home to 6 permanent residents, next to multiple music organizations and cultural entrepreneurs.
Program
Every year, DOCK ZUID organizes four international residencies in which music takes center stage. The selection takes place on the basis of (1) advice from an advisory board, (2) alignment with the objective of the project, and (3) the possibilities of the partners to make a meaningful contribution.
