Het Artist in Residence platform Brabant is een samenwerking tussen de aanbieders van een Artist in Residence programma gesitueerd in de provincie Noord-Brabant. Onder Artist in Residence worden die plekken verstaan waar vrije of toegepaste kunstenaars voor een bepaalde periode kunnen wonen en werken. Plekken waar ruimte en tijd is voor experiment, reflectie en onderzoek ter verdieping van de eigen beroepspraktijk. Het programma dat de Artist in Residence instellingen bieden voorziet in continuïteit en structuur welke is gebaseerd op de artistieke doelstellingen en visie van de organisatie. De geselecteerde kunstenaars worden binnen deze professionele omgeving begeleid en ondersteund.
Het AIR platform Brabant bestaat uit TAC Eindhoven, De Fabriek, Van Gogh AIR Zundert, Witte Rook, Sundaymorning@ekwc, Beeldenstorm/Daglicht, Baltan Laboratories, Gastatelier LeoXIII, SEA Foundation, Annatopia/De Boshut, Het Atlas Initiatief, Ecodorp Boekel en Park Tilburg.
